Mentoring
Mentoring is a professional relationship in which a person (the mentor) assists another (the mentee) in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the mentee’s career and personal growth by offering support, advice and guidance. It’s great for the mentor too to reflect on their experiences.
The resources and information below outlines all you need to get started. Please contact the team on connect@crick.ac.uk if you have any questions/queries or need any help getting started.
Before getting started, ensure you’ve read this short guide, which highlights all you need to know.

Being a mentor
Ensure you’ve fully completed your profile including your education and past roles so people can find you via the Mentoring search.Without these details, mentees won’t be able to identify your background/ experience which will be relevant for them.
