Thank you so much for the wonderfully warm welcome and making me feel like I’m already part of the Crick. I’ve met so many talented and inspiring people in just a week. I’m looking forward to meeting many more from across the organisation in the coming months and understanding what makes the Crick tick.

Claire is responsible for leading the operational management and running of the institute.

Claire joined us this month from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where she was Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive, having been at the Trust since 2013.

Claire previously spent over 10 years working in senior roles in the NHS and the independent sector and has experience in both informatics and operational management. She also has several years of experience as a charity Trustee.

Claire was recognised with a Leading and Developing People Award from the London Leadership Academy in 2017, and was named Director of the Year for the third/public sector in the Institute of Directors London & South region Awards in 2020.

Please join us in welcoming Claire to the Crick.
