Throughout Mentoring Week we'll celebrate all the different ways that good mentoring supports our work, sharing experiences of those already involved, how you can get involved yourself, and the support available to you.
Crick Principal Group Leader and Assistant Research Director, Caroline Hill, runs a mentoring programme for early career Group Leaders. She explained: “From my own experience of mentoring Early Career Group Leaders and watching those that we have hired develop into fantastic independent scientists, I would say that excellent mentoring can make a big difference to an institute. It hugely benefits the individuals involved, and also fosters a great collegiate atmosphere that benefits the whole of the Crick.”
Crick alumni are welcome to join us for any of the events below. Please get in touch at mentoring@crick.ac.uk to get involved.
