CSEN is thrilled to partner with Synbiobeta to host a panel discussion on sustainable biotech with leading start-ups in the field.
Recently established in late 2021, CSEN works alongside the Francis Crick Translation team to promote and develop entrepreneurship within the scientific community. CSEN aims to bring together researchers at all career stages to learn about the translation and commercialisation potential of their research. CSEN events will share the experiences and journeys of founders of academic spinout companies or scientists who have transitioned to a career in innovation, venture capital or technology transfer.
Join us on 7th October 2022 for a hybrid panel discussion with five inspiring science entrepreneurs pioneering bio-sustainability innovation in the UK. We are excited to have speakers covering topics from clean meat, biomaterials, biofuel and carbon capture. The event will start with a presentation of the technology and ethos behind the participating companies, followed by a discussion regarding the dire need for creative solutions to address climate change, chaired by Fiona Mischel, Director of International Outreach at Synbiobeta.
