James has wide experience of health and safety, leading cultural change and improvement programmes, and working with regulators. He has over 20 years experience in chemicals, nuclear, engineering and construction, plus 8 years in a senior regulatory position with the Environment Agency. As well as holding several Health and safety professional qualifications, James has a degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and is a Chartered Chemist and a Chartered Radiation Protection Professional.
