Our next destination data shows that around 35% of Crick postdocs leave the UK to pursue an academic career. This panel consists of Crick alumni (ex-postdocs), who have moved to PI roles in countries that are popular destinations for Crick alumni.

This session is to support current Crick postdocs thinking about their next steps, although anyone is welcome to join if they are curious and would like to find out more about the systems, recruitment processes, and type of roles available in other countries by hearing about the experience of, and advice from, alumni who have done it themselves.

Profiles of speakers are coming soon- speakers from Sweden, France, Germany and Spain have been confirmed so far.
