If you're curious about mentoring, looking to embark on a mentoring relationship or currently involved in a mentoring relationship then this workshop is for you. 

Its aimed at both mentors and mentees and will give you the skills and confidence to be an effective mentor and know what to expect, and what is expected of you, as a mentee.

In this workshop you will:

• Receive an introduction to the Crick Mentoring Programme and CrickConnect mentoring platform
• Explore the fundamental skills that contribute to a successful mentoring relationship
• Reflect on their aims and goals in relation to a mentoring relationship
• Explore the mentor/mentee experience
• Develop an awareness and practical understanding of how to organise and maintain a mentoring relationship.
