At this Careers talk, current and former Crick researchers will share their experiences of moving from academic research in to careers in science operations.
Anna Napolitano completed a postdoc at the Crick in Eva Frickel's lab, before moving to Imperial College London to work as their 3Rs Programme Manager.
Teresa Higgins is a Science Services Manager at the Crick. She has worked at the Crick and previously the LRI for over 30 years in a variety of scientific roles.
They will discuss their own career paths, their current roles, the challenges and rewards of working for a large pharmaceutical company, and what scientists thinking about making a similar move need to know.
